The ZTA House at Union University needed a little attention. The beds were overgrown, the shrubs had lost their shape, and there was no real definition between the lawn and the planting areas. It's the kind of thing that creeps up on a property over time - and once you see it, you can't unsee it.
We came in and handled two things: a full shrub trimming and a fresh mulch install across the front and sides of the building. Those two services together do a lot of heavy lifting. Clean, rounded shrubs give the front of a building structure. Fresh dark mulch pulls the whole bed together and makes everything around it look more intentional.
What we like about this kind of work is that it doesn't require a major overhaul. The bones were already there - good shrubs, established beds, solid landscaping. It just needed someone to clean it up and give it a finished look. That's exactly what our tree and shrub trimming and mulch install services are built for.
Beds that are well-mulched are also easier to maintain going forward. Mulch holds moisture, slows weed growth, and cuts down on how much work the property needs between visits. It's a practical upgrade, not just a cosmetic one.
This is the kind of job we do for properties all over Jackson - commercial, residential, institutional. If your beds are starting to look rough around the edges, a trim and a fresh layer of mulch can go a long way.
