Sometimes a yard just needs a full reset. The beds around this home had run their course - the old bushes were overgrown and past their prime, and the whole front looked tired. So we pulled everything out and started fresh.

We swapped out the old growth for hydrangeas and topped every bed with a fresh layer of brown mulch. That combination does a lot of work. The new plants give the beds life and color, and the mulch ties it all together while helping retain moisture and suppress weeds down the road.

The scope of this one went well beyond the front door. We worked around multiple sides of the property - the foundation beds, the side runs along the brick, and even the island bed out near the road. Every section got the same treatment: cleaned out, planted where needed, and mulched edge to edge.

One thing we pay close attention to on jobs like this is how the new plants are spaced and positioned relative to the home. Hydrangeas fill in beautifully over time, but they need room to do it. We make sure nothing is crowded against the foundation right from the start.

This is what a proper landscape clean up and install looks like when it covers the whole property - not just the spots you see from the street. The result is a yard that feels intentional and well cared for, all the way around.
